 Job Description

  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Contact new customers and make pitches outlining the benefits of products/services.
  • Answer customers' questions and responses within guidelines.
  • Work on provided data in order to achieve monthly targets.
  • Follow up with the customers regarding required documents, product/service descriptions … etc.
  • Manage clients’ accounts and make sure to meet their needs and increase their portfolios.
  • Track all sales activities on the company CRM system including accounts data updates.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Update customer information in databases
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet targets


 Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role in the following fields (Business operations in a similar student support role - Selling role in abroad market - Housing, Google AdWords, US & UK accounts are preferred )
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • English Level: B1 – Excellent.
  • Experience in handling English Customers
  • working knowledge of computer systems and databases
  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.
  • Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints
  • • Professionalism and outgoing personality
